Method 1: Find it through your cloud server provider

First, open the website of your cloud server provider. For this example, we will use Alibaba Cloud. Find the link to “Management Console” in the upper left corner, click on it, and enter your username and password to log in to the platform.

Next, find the “ECS” option and locate the server for which you need to find your FTP account and password. Click on the name of that server to open its details page.

At the bottom of the details page, you will see a section labeled “Account Password.” Click on “Expand” to display your FTP account name and password.
